Restoring mobility, restoring life

- Fixing a fracture in its anatomical position is important but what comes first is to know, what to fix and how to fix it.

- Here is such a case of lateral condyle Hoffa’s fracture in a 20y/ M. Radiograph at first, looks like there is nothing of much to see and can be easily commented as normal and pass it as a soft tissue injury. But, patient’s symptoms does not match what X-rays were showing; So, on further evaluation and ct scan of knee a Hoffa’s fracture of lateral condyle femur was diagnosed and patient was taken up for fixation.

- Here are Preop, and follow-up X-rays and video of patient after around 2.5 months of surgery which shows excellent functional and radiological results.

- This is why, it is important to see your patient and not to give any opinion on the X-rays and mri reports. After all you have to treat patient and not the X-rays.

- Restoring mobility, restoring life.✌️✌️🤞🏽🤞🏽
